This bi-lingual telephone service is available 24 Hrs a day  7 days a week and is also  available to motoring clubs,  assistance companies and insurance underwriters

In the event of a breakdown abroad Automobile Assistance will make contact with your clients and can provide the following services :

1. Local roadside assistance organised
2. Replacement hire car if necessary (Europcar agent)
3. Hotel accommodation
4. Return Flight/Train/Bus reservations
5. Money guarantees (Replacement funds after theft)
6. Location of spare parts :
   if a spare part is required for vehicle, Automobile Assistance will take the necessary steps to obtain the right part as soon as possible and to get the Client Vehicle back on the road. This is either through obtaining locally, or through the manufacturer, or any other source, including freight transfer through our specialist suppliers.
7. Eventually repatriation of vehicle if unrepairable
